THE FINE DETAILS
Privacy & your data
Everything you need to know about EARTHLYHAZE.
EARTHLYHAZE / INFORMATION
BEYOND THE ORDINARY.Your account and library
EARTHLYHAZE uses Supabase for authentication and stores your display name, membership status, favorites, and playback history. Your history records the title, playback position, and last activity time. You can clear it from My library.
Billing and service providers
Stripe processes payments and maintains billing records. EARTHLYHAZE does not store full card details. Supabase stores account and media data. The hosting provider processes technical requests needed to deliver the service.
Your controls
You can edit your profile, remove favorites, clear playback history, and delete your account from account settings. Account deletion first cancels any active subscription. Provider billing and operational records may be retained under their own policies.
Existing accounts
Existing account and subscription records are retained. This release does not delete historical records from the previous service. Contact support for access or deletion requests concerning historical data.
Original media
Streaming activity is not sent to a generative AI service. AI-created content is produced and published by the administrator. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded by this release.
